LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the trade name "noddyy", maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been processed for any task, service, or transaction on our platform, it is final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled for any reason whatsoever.

2. Scope of No Refund Policy

This no-refund policy applies to:

• All task payments made by Task Posters
• All service fees and platform charges
• Payments made to Helpers for completed tasks
• Any additional charges or fees
• Disputed transactions
• Unsatisfactory task completion
• Task cancellations by either party
• Technical issues or platform errors
• Any other payments made through the platform

3. Task Cancellation

If a task is cancelled for any reason (by either the Task Poster or Helper), the payment remains non-refundable. Cancellation of a task does not entitle either party to a refund. Any disputes regarding task completion will be handled through our dispute resolution process, but will not result in refunds.

4. Dispute Resolution

While we have a dispute resolution process to address concerns between Task Posters and Helpers, please understand that disputes do not result in refunds. Our dispute resolution process is designed to facilitate communication and find solutions, but all payments remain final regardless of the outcome of any dispute.

5. Payment Authorization

By making a payment on the noddyy platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand and accept the no-refund policy
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• You will not request, chargeback, or dispute payments through your payment provider
• You accept full responsibility for all payments made

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card company, or payment provider is a violation of these terms. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute, your account may be suspended or terminated, and you may be liable for any fees incurred by LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED as a result.

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy. This policy applies uniformly to all users, transactions, and circumstances without exception.
