• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Task Posting Guidelines

When posting a task, you agree to:

• Set reasonable deadlines and expectations
• Not post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate tasks
• Pay the agreed amount upon task completion
• Review and approve completed work in a timely manner

5. Helper Responsibilities

As a Helper, you agree to:

• Complete tasks according to the posted requirements
• Provide proof of completion (photos, videos, documentation)
• Communicate clearly and promptly with task posters
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect privacy and confidentiality

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms:

• Task payments are held in escrow until completion
• Noddyy charges a service fee on transactions
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All payments must be made through our secure payment system

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post illegal or harmful tasks
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Share false or misleading information

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between Task Posters and Helpers, Noddyy will act as a mediator. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding disputes, refunds, and account actions based on available evidence.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noddyy acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of tasks or the actions of users. Users interact at their own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Noddyy platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Noddyy and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
