noddyy is a platform operated by LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED that connects individuals who need tasks completed ("Task Posters") with individuals who can complete those tasks ("Helpers"). Tasks may include but are not limited to: enquiries, purchases, service delivery, and other similar activities.

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Task Posting Guidelines

When posting a task, you agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate, and complete task descriptions
• Set reasonable deadlines and expectations
• Not post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate tasks
• Pay the agreed amount upon task completion
• Review and approve completed work in a timely manner

5. Helper Responsibilities

As a Helper, you agree to:

• Complete tasks according to the posted requirements
• Provide proof of completion (photos, videos, documentation)
• Communicate clearly and promptly with task posters
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect privacy and confidentiality

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms:

• Task payments are held in escrow until completion
• noddyy charges a service fee on transactions
• NO REFUNDS: All payments are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances once a payment has been made.
• All payments must be made through our secure payment system
• By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post illegal or harmful tasks
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Share false or misleading information

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between Task Posters and Helpers, noddyy (LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED) will act as a mediator. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding disputes and account actions based on available evidence. Please note that disputes do not entitle users to refunds, as all payments are final and non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

noddyy (LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED) acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of tasks or the actions of users. Users interact at their own risk. LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the noddyy platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of LOHAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
